For the safety of your pet and other pets, all dogs must be on leash and well controlled and cats must be in carriers. We understand that some dogs are not social butterflies. If your dog does not do well around other dogs or people, please call from the parking lot and we will have you wait in your vehicle until we have an exam room ready so you do not have to wait in the lobby with your dog.
No Show and Same Day Cancellation Policy
Being a small practice, we are limited in the number of appointments we can offer in a day. When we get no shows and last minute cancellations, we lose the ability to give that appointment slot to a sick or injured pet who had to schedule for later in the week. To help reduce this from happening, there will be a fee added to your account if you no show for an appointment or call the day of the appointment to cancel.
Third Party Pharmacy Policy
There are many online companies offering pet pharmacy services. Many of these have been caught selling counterfeit products or potentially unsafe products not obtained from the manufactures. We will only work with local pharmacies, trusted compounding pharmacies and the online pharmacy available through our distributor to ensure only safe products are dispensed to your pets.
Health Related Policies
At this time, we are allowing clients to be present for their pet's exam. Due to the small size of our exam rooms, if we experience times of high cold/flu/Covid infections locally, we will revert to limiting appointment to one pet owner per exam room. We ask that you please consider rescheduling appointments if you are ill with respiratory signs. Any one displaying respiratory signs in the clinic may be asked to wear a mask or revert to a curbside appointment. We are always happy to offer curbside appointments for clients who wish to limit their contact for health reasons.
